Bio
Andrew Parietti is a builder of brands at the intersection of culture, commerce, and community. As a founding partner and President of Outdoor Voices, he helped take the company from pre-revenue to over $40M in revenue and a nine-figure enterprise value—all before the age of 30. He led OV’s brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales channels, championed its brick-and-mortar rollout, and coined the now-iconic “Doing Things” mantra—an explicit rejection of the “bigger, faster, stronger” messaging of legacy athletic brands.
In 2018, Parietti partnered with Frank Ocean to start Homer, an independent American luxury company focused on jewelry. At Homer, he led end-to-end product development—establishing nine factory relationships in Italy—while also overseeing e-commerce, retail, marketing, communications, finance, HR, legal, and more. Under his leadership, Homer launched sell-out collections, opened a flagship store named by GQ as one of the world’s best, and collaborated with Prada to global acclaim. His work with Frank Ocean also included overseeing communications, endorsements, and the merchandise line Blonded—efforts that reached wide audiences and generated significant commercial success.
Parietti is now the Chief Marketing Officer at Croissant, a fashion technology company evolving shopping for a new era of intentional commerce. By introducing Guaranteed Resale Prices at the point of purchase, Croissant empowers people to shop with confidence—buying better, keeping less, and accessing the value of everything they own. At Croissant, Parietti leads brand, marketing, and growth strategy, helping to reshape how the next generation discovers, values, and engages with the things they choose to own.
He holds a dual degree in Economics and Philosophy from Colgate University, where he captained the Division I lacrosse team. He lives in Fort Greene, Brooklyn with his wife and two boys and is an active advisor and investor in early-stage consumer businesses.
